My 99 3.4 liter 4Runner will need a new battery shortly. The current battery (its second) has seems weak at 630 CCA. Will it create any issues if I go to 700 or so? I remember my '88 Corvette was over 800.

I always get the biggest battery that will fit in the battery holder and allow my hood to close. Never had a single problem doing that.
