I am trying to troubleshoot a problem on my 01 Yamaha Wolverine

It turns over easily in all choke positions.  Carb has been cleaned twice....Idles fine...I have ridden it once or twice and it is fine..but has a problem that when the bike is standing still, and I put it into 1st and give it gas...it chokes and dies... But I have also ridden it around the block (I have been working on it, no extensive riding on it at all yet), but its just from 1st gear it will die...Why?

Sounds like a clogged main jet. However, you said the carb had been rebuilt twice, so, if done properly, that's not it.

fouled spark plug.......or weak coil...bad ignition/plug wire

Spark plug is about brand new and gaped correctly

Tell me about the coil....

The bike will idle fine, and most times I can throttle it in Neutral and its fine, sometimes it starts bogging down, but If i put it into 1st and give it gas, almost instant sputter death....

I cleaned/reassembled a Timberwolf carburetor for my mom 3 times until running a wire through the bottom jets and finding a chunk of something in there.  The symptoms were exactly the same.
