Does anyone here have any experience with Winmark franchises? Possible buy in opportunity (>350k) for one of their brands came up and am just starting the dialogue with them. Just looking for some inside information if someone has had dealings with them before.
I meet their published financials as a possible franchisee. I am interested in the due diligence as our discussion moves forward such as current lease contracts, income statements, employment records, payroll management, HR resources, etc. Is there anything I am missing? Any specifics about the selection process from someone who has been through this with Winmark would be beneficial as well. TIA for any help. |
