Our Packbot Scout needs repair.  No one here, even battalion, seems to knows the contact info for the contractors.

I need the POC for the office here in Iraq.   I'm at FOB Warhorse.  I assume the contractors are at LSA Anaconda or Baghdad.

If anyone knows please IM me.

Thanks.

I'm a combat engineer.  Our unit is tasked to hunt IEDs.

Our packbot has bad batteries, slightly broken antenna (temporarily repaired with 100mph tape), and a bad joystick.

We are supposed to get new generation Markbots as well. I might ask about their status as well.

My soldiers use the packbot everyday.  I appreciate your help.

Thanks for your immediate reply.

jeremy wallace is the field rep on the pacbot if you email him he should get you your answers right away if you guys have a EOD team check with them because we usualy have the hook up on getting robots fixed. Just for the love of god don't walk in and tell them you are RSPing or disposing of IEDs.

We have contact !!   Thanks again for everyone's help.

All bots in theater are repaired by the "Joint Robotics Repair Facility (JRRF)" in Camp Victory, Iraq.

I now have the POC names, emails, DSN numbers, and their MPS (Military Postal System) and DHL mailing addresses.

If anyone in Iraq needs this info, let me know and I'll send it to you on SIPR.

Seems JRRF is no secret.  I just stumbled upon their website:
