I just wanted to express my appreciation for everything you're doing. Iraq, Afghanistan, Korea, wherever. I retired from the USAF Oct 99 with 21 years in aircraft maintenance. I began thinking I should be doing something, so last year I tried to join the National Guard to get into an Apache unit, but was turned down. For now I'm continuing my job with a defense contractor doing aircraft maintenance training systems. I figure better training means better maintained, more reliable, and safer airplanes, so I'm still making a bit of a contribution. Anyway, keep up the good work. We're behind you. |
