Question for anyone running a newish iMac - Can you turn the screen fully off, but leave the machine running (as in not in standby)? Thanks. |

System Preferences, Energy Saver button allows you to set it up so it will shut off the display automatically.
Go the the Expose/Spaces button and you can set up a hot corner to "put display to sleep", then just drag the mouse to whichever corner you selected and it will turn the display off. |

Thanks - but does that mean if the mouse gets knocked, the display comes back on? |
