My wifes grandmother has a cheap e-machines computer and it' acting up. At her house when you would turn it on it would sound like it was booting up but nothing would happen. The screen would flash the e-machines logo and then go off and say "no signal" . Don't all computers have the POST beep? I did notice it didn't beep or anything. Also, usually when the power is on to the machine there would be a blue circle around the power button. That blue light is not on now.
It does sound like it's trying to spin up when you turn it on but nothing at all happens. No POST beep, no blue light around the power button, nothing at all. Any ideas? |
