I want to set up my email so it delivers a message on a certain day/days.  This email is not going to myself so I don't want to set up an email reminder.  Or would this be the same thing?  I also can't have the program run off my computer because it will be turned off.

I noticed that there are a couple of websites/programs out there but was wondering what one you guys would recommend.

I don't use outlook.  And if I did would my computer be turned on and connecter to the internet for it to work?
