[ARCHIVED THREAD] - help with vuze

hey guys i downloaded this following a another arfcomer's recommendation and after i downloaded it Windows crashed. a blue screen popped up and it said there was an error. it told me to update my buis and if that doesn't work check for updates for any software i may be using. i checked for an update for the vuze but it was the newest out there. i also removed it from my pc and reinstalled it with the same results. can anyone help?

will the machine boot into safe mode??

after the bios screen press f8 several times untill it gives you a menu. choose safe mode

no it does not boot directly into safe mode. after it restarts from the blue screen it gives me the option of safe mode or normal mode. i chose normal each time.

well i took my pc into best buy where i bought it and they ran tests for 3 hours to see why it was crashing. they couldnt reproduce the crash and my pc wasnt logging them for some reason. they told me if it happens again i should back up all my files and reboot the entire OS.

could this be because of vuze?

well my pc was fine after i took it in until i tried to download using vuze. after that it crashed again. guess ill be deleting it!
