While trying to get rid of malware the problem spread and
Tried to go into safe mode to run the anti virus stuff and Now I am stuck in a safe mode loop... Give me the safe mode Options but no matter what I choose it takes me back to The safe mode screen. Can't get out of it except to go to The bios screen. If I reinstall windows I will lose my music, vids, and pics Right? Before the loop the malware was keeping spybot and mcaffee From starting up. It showed up as a red circle with a x in the Center... Any suggestions? |

If you have a second computer, you can install the offending drive into it as a slave. Try to get the virus from the second computer. If it works then you're good to go. If not, you can copy the important data, reformat the drive and reinstall the OS. I don't have patience for virus's. If it won't come out quickly, this is what I usually do. |
