WOW my first computer question
I'm lookign to get an hp mini 2133, specifically the kx870at, which is listed as having a 120g sats harddrive,

I would like to purchase a Western Digital Scorpio Black WD2500BEKT 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Notebook Hard Drive , how can i find out if is compatable with the system i'm looking to buy?

i know just enough about computers to be dangerous to one, so im looking for some help here before i waste the 109 dollars for the harddrive

Should work if the WD Scorpio is a SATA 2.5" drive:

Be careful to make sure the new drive will fit as some of the newer 2.5 drives are a little thicker and will not fit some older systems. I suggest you ask which drives works in that computer in the HP forums.
