I'd like to find a Windows utility that will track and graph the CPU percent and memory usage of various processes on the system.  If you look at the Windows task manager, you can look at the numerical values on the processes tab, and you can look at the overall system CPU and page file usage.  Frequently though, CPU usage changes dramatically between refreshes, so looking for a trend can be difficult.

Do you know of a good utility that would individually graph CPU and memory usage for any/all processes running?

Process explorer will do so. procexp.exe

Download it. Run it. It will show each process. You can right click on one and show its graph. It may not be exactly what you are looking for. But its much better than the task manager
