I know there's a game forum for this, but my problem is more network-related than game-related. While on Xbox Live, I have trouble connecting with my brother's Xbox. I receive an error message that says that my network type is incompatible with theirs, and that my NAT settings are open and his router must be causing the problem. Problem is, I called my brother and his xbox is giving him the exact same message, telling him his NAT is open and mine must be the problem(by the way, they're both the same make and model of router, both on Comcast cable internet). I don't have this problem with 99 percent of the people I play with. I'm not the most computer-literate guy (WTH is NAT anyway?), so if anyone can lend me a hand with this, I would appreciate it.

I can game online just fine, except when I try to join my brother's party (or vice versa) or try to initiate a private chat with him- everything works flawlessly with all of my other friends.
