I want to take a .wmv file, snip a minute or two out of it, and dub new commentary over the original soundtrack. Looking for Freeware if available, as this is a one-shot deal. Suggestions one and all? |
If you have Windows XP or Vista you have Movie Maker, not fancy but it works. |
