Currently we're using Watchguard's Web Blocker service on our firewall to monitor web traffic and block traffic our use policy doesn't allow.

The logs are adequate from the standpoint of looking for trends, but there isn't away to tie traffic to individual domain  user accounts.  The logs are also quite confusing for non-technical users to look at.

I'm looking for a solution that will track web use by domain, allow us to block websites, streaming media, instant messaging on a group or user basis as well as give us logging that is comprehensible to an accounting weenie when he's looking for "cost savings" to justify his job.

any help would be appreciated.
