Not really, but lately my firewall has been blocking a LOT of port scans from IPs located in China.  Is this happening to anyone else?

Not lately here, but about 18 months ago I was getting slammed. Some determined Commie pricks in China were trying to get into my machine. I was getting high level security hits according to my software, over 100 in an hour at the worst point, they kept trying like mad to get in.

It was bad though, and I was F-ing pissed because it made my machine unusable during the peak attacks.

I ended up tracing them back to a number of locations using the software I had, and then I contacted the system admin -and every person, company, etc listed- until it finally stopped.

Whoever it was, f**k them, they never got in, thier Kung Fu was too weak.
