Every time I boot my computer the CD/ DVD tray opens up and stays open. When I close the tray with a CD the computer does not recognize it? Does this sound like a glitch that is easily fixed or does it need replacement? The CD/DVD is an original component. I have used it before but now I can't save files to it or read or load files or programs from it.... Frustrated. Any guesses? Thanks in advance |
