Is it possible to link your samsung tablet to a samsung cell phone and use you tablet to make calls and text with.

There should be something called side sync you can use

Yep, SideSync. It's included with the phone and tablet I believe. Just puts your phone screen on your tablet, kinda lame but it is what it does work.
