| I got a new router (Belkin AC1600DB) to replace my Belkin N600. Now when I try to access the settings on my desktop (192.168.2.1) it will not let me. I can do it on my cell phone but not the computer. I was on the Belkin support line and they said it must be a setting on my computer that is causing it. I had no problem with my old router, but now that I disconnected my new router and reconnected the old one, now I can't get into it either. Any ideas! |

Are you sure you're on your network? You might be on someone else's. I've seen 2 networks w/ the same SSID... Assuming windows, what do you get for IP address and gateway if you open up a command prompt and type ipconfig and then hit enter? Have you tried another browser? (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.) |

I had a similar problem when I switched Asus routers. It was a certificate that was cashed in the browser.
Firefox- Tools/Options/Advanced/Network - Offline Web Content and User Data Look for the router IP and delete anything with the IP address. Also check Certificates for anything that says Belkin. |
| My computer is wired (Ethernet). I'm on my network. I use Microsoft Edge browser. I just tried it with Firefox and it does the same thing. I have no problem getting to the setting page with my phone and my son's tablet. I'm wondering if my 4 year old has jacked up some settings or something? This is a new computer and I'm not too familiar with the new Windows 10 yet. |

Have you tried both
http://192.168.2.1 and https://192.168.2.1 ? |

Just tried it...no luck Have you rebooted your computer? Unplugged/plugged the cable to the router? Rebooted the router? |

Will other pages load? MSN, google, ect
If not Triple check the connections, unplug and re-plug each one. 10yr IT guy at work had a guy off line for a day, plugged in the wrong cable. He swore it was the right one. Grab another network cable. I've had a few go bad. In Cortana type "network connections" It will say view network connections check to see if anything is disabled. Grab a Ubuntu Live cd boot and see if you can access the router. |
