I've been using them for 7 years. They're okay. There are a lot of alternatives and you'd do well to shop around.

Same here. No idea if they are bad or not but I have never had a serous problem and any minor problem was taken care if quickly by a phone call.

I've been using http://www.deltawebhosting.com/ for at least 12 years. They've been great and keep increasing what I get for the same money.
