I'm not great with computers, and fairly new to Macs. I have a 2 or so year old MB Air and its beginning to freeze fairly often, shut down programs, etc. I blame this program called Softest that we use for school that shuts everything down and blocks programs so we can take exams, mainly because it won't even be open and I'll randomly get "softest has closed unexpectedly blah blah" messages.
Is there a good program to optimize the comp, certain areas I should go to delete files, etc? I try to not download a ton on here. I have no idea what the problem is. |
