This past week my Vaio laptop starts up with this screen. It will be like that for a few hours then go to a blue screen with options like restart, fix and or insert disk or drive to recover. Something along those lines. I haven't tried the disk or drive option because I don't have them. And with the other options it just continues going through the loop. Is there any way to fix this, without losing all my stuff? I've googled it and have gotten nothing that helps, any help will be greatly appreciated. I'm running windows 8.1 and I have had the laptop for just under two years.

| Nope it takes about that long for it to go to the next option. No warmer than it is usually is. I can't even get it to where it doesn't do this. I backed it up about a month ago so most of my stuff is good. Worst case I just lose a handful of things I've added on it since I backed it up. |
