I want an 8"x8" map of my farm. It's a 160 acres and measures roughly 1/2 mile x 1/2 mile.
On google or yahoo, I can only get a smaller scale to print.
Here's usually what I get when I try to print it (and this doesn't show the entire farm.)

So all can see here's what I'm coming up with. Dropped the coordinates into a spreadsheet which the GIS software can read thus producing a geo-referenced layer. At this point all I do is turn on the imagery base layer.

Search around on the USGS websites. They have topo maps and ariel photos of every inch of the US>
I have purchased pics of my 2 farms and hunting lease from them. You can get a lot of different sizes.
The one of my hunting camp is 4 ft by 5 ft
