iTunes has a tendency to corrupt my audiobooks purchased in the iStore. They'll suddenly stop playing on my iPod and no amount of screwing with it will make it go beyond that specific point. So I've been told multiple times by support that I'm responsible for backing up my stuff, but while trying to re-import backups of m4a files, iTunes refuses to import them (added by selecting "add file to library"). Number one, I'd like to know why my audiobooks keep stopping at the same exact time index when nothing has been changed about the files. Second, why can't I just delete the audiobook in iTunes and then bring it back out of my backups?
