My PC has what I believe to be the "Yahoo.Geneio"  as well as "Vgrabber" virus,I've looked online for a solution but only seem to find programs that want money.I really can't download anything anyway because the browser is locked up.Does anyone have any exp with this?Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

can you boot into safe mode with networking support?

if you can try scanning with malwarebytes and hitmanpro

I was able to get into safe mode,but it would lock up just the same.I finally just restored factory defaults and started over.That's what I get for watching UFC for free I guess.

for future reference you can boot from a windows cd and use the restore feature instead of having to use it through safe mode.
