I was surfing this morning and went to the Kel-Tec website. As soon as i got there, my internet kicked off and i started to get a warning flash on the lower right corner. the warning say's

TCrdMain.exe can no start.
File TCrdMain.exe is infected by W32/Blaster.worm
Please activate internet security to protect your computer

Anyone know what to do here? Cant even get explorer to come up

If yes....

This appears to be an application from Toshiba that is related to the flash card slot on some Toshiba laptops.

Sounds like you got infected by some malware/scareware.

Reboot into Safe mode with networking.

Download and run Malwarebytes to try to clean out the infection.
