Looks like my tower is starting to have some issues and it's time to rebuild it.
First question, what's the difference between windows 7 32 and 64 bit? Main difference between home and professional? How's this for a motherboard and processor setup? http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=165460&csid=_21&body=MAIN This will mainly be a gaming rig with dual monitors, but would love to be able to throw 3 monitors up if possible. I'm taking suggestions on a pair of vid cards as well. |

Go for the 2600k and a good board. Might be more but the chip is a better option. If you're going to three monitors you will want more than 1 card as well. What model of card depends on your monitor size, resolutions, use, etc.
Difference between 32bit and 64bit is many different things - most important to me being memory limits. 32bit has a 4GB memory limit, and 64 bit has a 192GB Memory limit (however different version of windows 7 have different limits).
