Make sure to only set the default gateway on the wired network (IP address of the router on the wired network.)  You'll need to configure the wireless network with a static IP, and no default gateway.

I assume the wired and wireless networks are in different IP ranges, right (192.168.1.xxx and 192.168.2.xxx, for example.)  Won't work if they are not.

ETA - I'm assuming you want your Internet off the wired network.  If not, configure the default gateway on the wireless network, and no default gateway on the wired.

Net: you don't.

If you run internet through one, it won't work through the other.  If you only want to connect to things on the same subnet, just make sure the subnets are different.

First determine what your IP addresses are:
1. click start, type "cmd" in the blank, which will open a command prompt
2. In command prompt, type "ipconfig"
3. Note the network addresses (IPv4 address.....:#.#.#.#) subnet (subnet mask....:#.#.#.#) (probably is 255.255.255.0) and gateway (Default Gateway......:#.#.#.#) for BOTH connections

What you most likely need to do is get rid of the default gateway for the wired network connection. to do so, go into your network settings to make the changes:
1. Right click on the network icon down by your clock, choose "open network and sharing center"
2. Select the wired network and click the blue connection name (should be called "local area connection")
3. select properties
4. double click on "Internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
5. Change the radio button from "obtain ip address automatically" to "use the following IP address"
6. insert the same IP address and subnet mask that you noted from the command prompt (enter the one for the wired network)
7. Leave the default gateway blank
8. Press OK (closes window), OK (closes window), at this point it is OK to close out of all the rest of the windows we just opened

You should have everything working.

If not, post the info that you got from the command prompt window.

Ok did that & now internet works but it changed my home network to public network & nothing shares.

It looks like both the wired and the wireless routers are at the factory default IP address, which in this case is identical to each other (192.168.1.1).

This would explain why originally you couldn't access the internet (same IP address, the computer was going to the wrong device).

You could try changing one of the devices over to a different subnet (change router IP address to 192.168.2.1), or you could just use the same router for your wired/wirless networks (plug all the computers/devices into the wireless router, ditch the other router) which would let you pull internet via wired or wireless.

Single router not an option, its 2 story house made into seperate upstair/downstair apts.
I will try other option you listed.
