I've had an assortment of issues my my printer. I've got an HP fancy all-in-one with the built in wifi. I've managed to get the printer up and running after buying a new router and trouble shooting a few other errors and glitches. I have it working on my desktop PC that's still running XP and my wife's laptop that's running vista. I went through all the usual uninstall methods to remove the drivers and try re-installing them from my laptop. For some reason, when I but the driver disc in, it keeps coming up with a "welcome back" screen and will only allow me to add another device or reconfigure my network settings.  Neither of which will work. Now my tech level is moderate, and I have googled how to remove printer drivers from the registry and I haven't had much luck with that. I don't want to get a new printer since it works with everything except my laptop, but I'm totally stumped. I would appreciated any advice or suggestions.
Thanks

if you email or contacting HP they might have a driver removal utility for the software.   this is a very common issue
