I'm not sure why but Windows 7 will not allow me to tweak the critical battery level in power options. Currently both on battery and plugged in at at 100% therefore any power flucuation that causes my UPS to engage causes my computer to hibernate right away. I can click the down arrow or type in a new value however when I click apply it goes back to 100%. I'm a full administrators so this should be a premissions issue.



Any ideas how to fix this?
