I have a Linksys wireless router and two laptops. Both computers are running Vista and I can only have one computer online at a time. If I turn my wife's laptop on it'll boot me off the web. I spent about an hour on the phone with linksys and the router checks out fine. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Nope.  You must be doing it wrong.
Can the two computers see each other on the local network?

Do they bopth have ip addresses from the dhcp on the wireless?

can they ping each other (assuming you have the firewall on the laptops off or setup correctly)

Both computers can see each other. I'm not sure about the rest. I'm not super computer savvy, so I'm looking for some advice

What subnet address are you using on the DHCP?

How many other devices are on the network?
