Do any of you use a backpack to cart around your camera and laptop?

I am looking at the Lowepro Computrekker Plus or the Tenba Shooter Large.  I have 2 bodies (one of them has a vertical grip), 6 lenses, one of which being an 80-200 f/2.8 and a 17" laptop.  For quick day trips, I do not cart all of that around with me, but for week+ road trips I would like to have everything with me.

What do you use/recommend?

Thanks!

I have a Lowepro Stealth and a LowePro NatureTrekker II

The Stealth holds a laptop, but with memory being as cheap as it is I see no need to carry a laptop at all.

I'm considering trying one out.

I've read really good things about the gear from Think Tank and am probably going to try one of their packs out.

I use the Tamrac Aero Speed Pack 85. It hold my D80 and three lenses with flash. It also holds my 17" Laptop. I've been really pleased with it.

I have the same one and have been happy with it.  I like the Tamrac Expedition ones too...
