Any must have plugins etc.. for Photshop. I mainly would like ones used for portrait retouch if you have any good suggestions. Just curious what you guys use.

The list is long. However, if you're interested in the portrait stuff, I think Portraiture from Imagenomic beats out Kodak's GEM Airbrush Pro.
