Any criticism is recommended. I think these are the best pics I've ever taken. I got some advice about using a higher resolution and I think it helped. I also read the instructions again.
 Camera is a Canon A95.  I like this one as it looks more like a sketch than a picture. |

It's B&W I think. I took both and it's hard to tell the difference unless I'm looking through the folder of pics. |
