| I've got a photo I'd like to use for my avatar and I've followed the guidelines I think. I've resized it using the crop tool to come close to the recommended pixel sizing and saved to JPEG at every quality level down to 1 and I still get the file too large sign. What am I missing? |

I can do it if you want. |
| I appreciate your generous offer to help but I don't know enough about computer stuff to have any idea how to do what you sent me. I always say I'm an "idiot savant" with the emphasis on idiot when it comes to computers. I know how to us my email and surf the web, that's about it. Never grew up with computers being 60 years old. |

email it to me, [email protected], in whatever form it came out of the camera in.
alternatively, go to imgur.com, upload the picture by drag and drop, and email me the url. |
