Can someone please do the weathered effects that are on this U.S. flag to a Texas flag, if at all possible, please? Thanks for any help!

Does this work alright?
This one is waving, but I couldn't find many suitable flags that didn't look fake. All I did was put a "grunge" texture over it and added some vignetting around the edges like the American one has. I can tweak it if you need me to, just tell me what you'd want different. Edit: I'm going to make it a bit more weathered. I'll post another one here in a moment. |
