Guys,
I am trying to play online. I have been playing online for over a month, all of sudden I cannot. My PS3 cannot find my IP address on my router. I am using it wireless. It says some sort of error. Thanks, Max |

This just happened to me, kind of.
Is anything else able to connect to your router wirelessly? (Computers or other game consoles) I finally just had to go in my router settings and reset everything. Then have the PS3 find it again. Everything worked fine after that. |

Although my old linksys router crapped out on me, broadcasted it was there but couldn't get any of my wireless devices to connect for more then 5 minutes. |

Thanks, max Assuming you have a computer.............if it has wireless capabilities itself, then try having it find your network and see if it (your computer) can connect to it and the internet. (When I say I "reset" my router, I meant that I went into the routers settings (for Netgear, it's routerlogin.net) and changed the SSID and password. I didn't actually mean "reset", as in hitting the "reset" button on the back of the router. If that matters.) |
