ok im about to pull my hair out and throw my ps3 out the window right about now. i just got off being on duty at the barracks that i dont live in so im pissed off to begin wth. so i get home and want to play some mw2 and i cant connect to the effing server. im ONLINE on PSN and i can use the internet and it just sits at that stupid matchmaking fetching playlists screen. ive turned on/off the ps3, on/off the modem and NOTHING. to pour salt in an open wound, i can be on PSN and see that all of my friends are online playing right now.

| hey guys thanks for the rapid response. i looked up about the NAT stuff, and even tho i had UPnP enabled my NAT showed strict and thats what kept me from getting on. so i turned off BOTH of my modems, before i just did the main one, not the second one that splits the internet signal to multiple ones. after i did that my NAT read open and it was smooth sailing. |

oddly enough as i was getting so angry since everything was working and nothing seemed to be wrong, i contemplated smashing my ps3, then thought to myself "but then the terrorist xboxers will have won". ETA: holy crap i missed my 700th post
