| I started up a Gulf of Oman local server to see what commander mode and airdropped vehicles looked like and I decided to airdrop a vehicle on the carrier just for the hell of it. It dropped a buggy. I raced up and down the flight deck and everything sounded normal, until I reached the UAV and beyond it, I started hearing noises that didn't sound like they should be there. You know the sound a supply drop makes after you ram it with a vehicle and the wood splinters? That's what I was hearing, but only when the buggy got to the point where the UAV is on deck and not before. I looked around to make sure I wasn't ramming anything and I wasn't. Odd huh?. |
Odd?!! ROFL! It's called Battlecrap2 my friend. They will more than likely need a patch for the patch (just like the previous ones). Armored Fury is supposed to follow within a week of patch 1.3 release. I for one will not be purchasing anymore shovelware from EA. P.S. Phuck EA |

The Enemy commander kept dropping the buggy infront of the jets... It was quite homosexual. I think the buggy idea is great for the Spec Ops guys blowing up the enemy commander's assets... it gives them a quick getaway. Nathan |

Well, nice to meet you too....ass. First off I didnt play last night. I'm glad to see I'm so important to you that you feel the need to check my profile on bftracker so you could come up with that one. Secondly, if you look closer you will see I havent played on a ranked server since the 11th. Lastly, doesnt anyone have the right to vent around here? Quit crying and play the game? That's your answer? Are you 12 years old or something? The ONLY reason I have even bothered to play in the last 3 months is so I can hang out with clanmates and frag some pixels. I may complain about this game, but if you check my posts I have gone out of my way to help other clan mates in need whether it was technical help or advice on which piece of hardware to buy. So before you go firing off at the mouth and attacking me you might want to think before you speak...or I might just fire back. The moral of the story is, if you want a place where you can throw around your witty banter might I suggest www.planetbattlefield.com it's full of people just like you who enjoy taking cheap shots at people....Hey! Just like BF2! (pun intended). |

Not trying to take a cheap shot at you, you're just getting to me with your anti-BF2 posts. Looking at bftracker couldn't be easier and I just wanted to understand where you're coming from with your attitude. I play nearly as much as you (as "ESM|Roo"), and for the initial price of BF2 vs. 522 Hours of Fun I'm a pretty satisfied customer. However: Last night was the first time in months we've had any issues playing. Too few servers, and so many bugs it's ridiculous. We lost count of the show-stopper major bugs at number five. It was nearly unplayable. So before I hit "send" on my angry email to EA, I'll take my hat off and apologize to you Slurm. Your complaining gets to me, but you're right, they have truly screwed us all with this patch. The changes to Squadding alone are the worst idea ever. But in fairness to me and back to my question: Is there another game that you're findng to be as engaging and fun as BF2? The closest I can find is still that old classic "Infiltration" - and of course, the maps are teeny-tiny by comparision. |

Apology accepted bro. No harsh feelings, and you're right I do gripe about this game alot lol. BUT as I'm sure you can now agree my complaints are not without warrant. Unfortunately, there isn't much of an alternative to BF2 if you want online warefare. I actually bought BF1942 because a friend told me how good the Desert Combat mod was ..and OMFG he was right! There were also some other decent mods to that game. And for the most part 1942 was fairly balanced and free of bugs. I guess what I'm trying to say here is that I enjoy playing online games of this genre with clanmates/friends and its frustrating that EA keeps shoveling this BF2 trash down our throats. So its basically suck it up and deal with it or not be able to play a game with your friends. It's a double-edged sword  , and there aren't any reasonable alternatives. In a way BF2 is kinda like women....you deal with their quirks or you die old and lonely

I've been thinking about this... Remember BF:V and the last patch that was released? The stairs bug, the random death bug, unplayable maps because of how poorly the server side was coded? The game basically became unplayable.... Then a few months later BF2 came out. Maybe they are making BF2 unplayable so they will sell that new piece of shit BF game that is coming out. Perhaps this is part of a business plan to make one game unplayable so that the next one in the series will be sold as "BIGGER, BETTER and NOT NEAR AS BUGGY!!!!" Maybe my tinfoil hat is on too tight...
