Ok. I just started a new account so I can get the new unlocks faster. So I get over 500 global points and it says that my progress to next rank is 100% but I am still a private and cant unlock anything. I have logged in and out and even played some more but nogo. Do I have to have some points as comander to get L.C.?

Give it some time, it might take a while to get the unlocks and promotion.

Wait some more... I think EA is slowing down the update servers so they can test stuff for the new expansion and the *new* patch.
