I need help

I cannot create a new online acount when I in BF2. I get all kinds of error messages, usally "cannot connect to server"

I am on Sat net here and we have been having problems with the net but they are fixed now.
Is there any way that I can create an online account outside of BF2. Single player is getting very boring.

BF2 acount  are gamespy/fileplanet acounts. So just got to gamespy/fileplanet and make a log in there.

yes is it fixed, the problem was that my buddy (system admin) had all ports blocked so people couldnt use limewire during the day when we had limited bandwidth, when he opened the ports up, it worked.
