Master Of Orion All-Star Voice Cast
"Star Trek is the most heavily represented franchise in the recently announced voice cast. Michael Dorn, who played Worf in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine, anchors the cast as the narrator of the reboot. John de Lancie, who appeared as Q in The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, and Voyager, voices the leader of one of the factions in the game, and Dwight Schultz is also in the mix. Shultz played Reginald Barclay in the Star Trek franchise, but long-time fans will also remember him from The A-Team. Star Wars is also represented in a big way, with Mark Hamill voicing the emperor of the Alkari Empire, which is one of the factions fans may remember from the original Master of Orion. Hamill is most famous for portraying Luke Skywalker in Star Wars, but he has also earned accolades for his voice acting as the Joker in a number of Batman projects. Some of the other big names include Robert England (Nightmare on Elm Street), John Kassir (Tales from the Crypt), Alan Tudyk (Firefly), and veteran voice actor Nolan North (Uncharted)."

I remember the Total annihilation reboot having the early access price of a "full release" AAA game only to have a release price of $30 then a 50% off steam sale a month later. Enough of this EA crap is enough. Yeah, the Total Annihilation reboot was a joke. If you're not a big fan of the MoO series, I wouldn't recommend paying $50 for early access. However, as a fan myself, I don't mind $50 for the "collector's edition", plus it's nice to get MoO 1-3 on Steam (I already had 1&2 from GoG, though). Going by what I know of Wargaming (the developer and also the makers of World of Tanks (and Warplanes and Warships)), and the impressive voice cast, the price isn't likely to drop. The final game may actually sell for what the collector's edition is going for right now. I played a couple hours last night, and it looks promising, and like a real AAA title, so far. Besides XCom and maybe Homeworld, a Master of Orion game is about the only game I'd drop money on sight unseen. (That list used to be longer, but I've been burned by Star Wars, Total War, etc... )
