I hope it happens, though that would pigeonhole me into buying a new console or *gasp* a gaming PC. However it seems unlikely it would drop in 2014. Maybe an announcement in 2014.
Buy a ps4 its gonna be around 400 bucks, after trading in my Xbox and all my remaining games ill only haft to pay 50 bucks for the new console |

Loved FO3 and FO:NV. I recently loaded it up New Vegas, though, and man the graphics blow. I don't remember them sucking that bad but I've been playing borderlands for a while and I guess I just forgot.
Can't wait to see some teaser pics to see what it's going to look like. |

I just hope they return to the Capital Wasteland. The mojave was boring as anything I've ever seen. Not to mention the constant "random encounters". New Vegas may have had better gameplay features but sucked hard in comparison to FO3 in my opinion. Loved them both....my main complaint with NV (not counting the bugs) was how the devs kept nerfing .308 sniper rifles to discourage people from using them, and how the DLC weapons never got the benefits of any patches. The time would have been better spent fixing bugs, of which there were many. |
| they need to go to MIT or chicago....in the story line these two places hold significant roles and they need to be addressed....the Enclave needs to make a reappearance and it needs to stick to the story line of the world before, the war, and survival now....not going off into some legion tangent |

I'm hoping that they use whatever engine they used for skyrim for the next fallout. That would be tits. |

Was a bit slow but awesome, the only thing that stopped skyrim from being epic on consoles or at least on the Xbox was the ram situation. Everytime I would get in a huge battle townspeople quest fighters and a dragon it would stutter a bit. |

I really hope hey keep some of the game concepts like the weapons mods, survival functions, reloading benches and iron sights functions. Fallout 3 sucked because it did not have an iron sights view for the weapons.

The inability to sort stuff sucked ass too. Agreed. Getting all that awesome loot and then being unable to actually set it right side up, and have it stay that way, was lame. However, I tend to think that was a fuckup by the devs rather than a function of the engine itself. It's easy enough to place stuff via mods on PC. |

Bethesda doing Fallout 4? Awesomesauce. Fallout 3 was fantastic! 2014 is wishful thinking though. Most likely we only have to wait until ComiCon to find out if the rumors are true. Skyrim was finished in nov of 2011. 3 years to put together a new Fallout game with the kind of team they have isn't a stretch. If they outdo themselves again like they did from Oblivion to Skyrim with Fallout 3 to Fallout 4, it's going to be fucking amazing and it's the #1 game I am anticipating and have been anticipating for a while. |

While I agree and wish the physics implementation was more polished, you have to realize it's very very hard to simulate physics in a realistic and practical manner perfectly in a full fledged video game. I'm not saying it can't be done just that it's easy to understand why they reach "good enough" and concentrate on other aspects of the engine and the game to make an overall excellent game with great immersion. As for sorting there is a PC mod that alleviates that, but obviously that's of no help to console players and it would be nice if they don't dumb that down (which I blame on console players ).

Bethesda doing a t-shirt of the month deal with Vault Boy. May's t-shirt front was the Animal Friend perk and this month's is Nerd Rage. The current t-shirt is available for pre-order until June 14 and then that's it for the month. I considered getting Nerd Rage, but I'm holding out for Bloody Mess. I imagine Bloody Mess will be the best selling t-shirt of the series so it might be a few months before they do it. ![]() |

The first time I spent 5 minutes trying to get that damn naked lady statue to stand upright, I knew it was a hopeless cause and haven't bothered since. But on a game where you will naturally collect tons of unique loot, they really should have given players a better way to store and display all that stuff. |
| In the Thieves Guild cistern there are shelves with unique items you've stolen. I once tried to move one of the items and that screwed up the physics of that particular shelf for the rest of that play through. No matter how many times I put the item on the shelf, if I left and returned, the item would be on the ground. |

Quoted: I got bored of New Vegas and stopped playing.. whats this going ot have that makes it worth playing again? The images just look like the same old shit.. or maybe worse. There are no pics of FO4 out as far as I know because I don't believe Bethesda has even confirmed FO4 is in production (as logical as it is). The one in the linked article was definitely FONV. |

I liked New Vegas and it kept me occupied for a long time. My biggest complaint is if you sided with the NCR your enemies, mainly the Legion, just weren't very challenging. The Legion need better armor and weapons as you progressed in the game and gained levels. |
