I went to try and download the dawnguard dlc for skyrim today
And had to download an update..completed the download, went to the playstation store
Put the dlc in my cart and went to check out but got an error.
Tried again and got another error, this time it wouldn't let me to back or continue, forcing a shutdown
Booted up again and attempted to go to the playstation store. Got an error just for attempting to get into the store.
Shut down the system again and booted up once more. Now it refuses to let me view my cart.

Anyone have this issues? I searched online and found people having the same problems back in December
But most of the people seemed to think it was some fault of the person for not updating their credit cards.
I'm 100% positive my credit card info is correct as I used the same account and same info to purchase hearth fire last week.
The only thing to have happened since then is the update it made me download today.

It's driving me  nuts.

Edit~ I pulled up the dlc in the store and it says " download " instead of purchase..when I click on it however I get a loading screen for two seconds
And then it goes back to the dlc info page

Edit number 2 ~ attempted to go to account manager and got a message stating " this service is currently undergoing maintenance"
Is the playstation network just down at the moment ?

Edit number 3~ now the playstation store also gives the " this service is currently under maintenance" message...I'm assuming they are just having some issues
And it's not just me. I guess I just have to wait and see and hope I didn't buy the damn thing like 8 times and spend 80 bucks on it

I haven't had that exact problem, but I tried to download a game last month at $55 from them and it didn't work.  Followed their recommendations and still wouldn't run.  I downloaded the 10gb game no less than 4 times and none of the times it would work.  I downloaded a different game during the same period and it worked fine.  Each of the downloads took about 6-8 HOURS each and tied up my internet for that time period.  Playstation Network customer NO-service is the byline.  I got the money refunded, but only to my PSN wallet.  No way to get my money back.  They didn't even send me an e-mail notification that the process was over.

I'm telling all of this to warn others how bad the experience with PSN can be.  They sent me a code for an additional $10 as an appololgy.  Doesn't get me back the 20+ hours that I lost waiting for a game that wouldn't work.
