My Premium EX earbuds shit the bed after 1 month of use.  Not submerged and not abused.  I'm reading the Sony support forums and it appears they don't really care about customer support problems.  Does anybody have experience contacting them about products that have been less than acceptable?  Bitch or eat the cost?

where did you buy them from?



I've been buying some from walmart and returning them when they go bad, they only last 2-3 weeks at my work.

Got them from the University store before I left in May.
