Hey guys,
I got Mechwarrior 4 a while back, and played it. A lot. I got back to playing it on the same computer and it won't run. It has the main video it plays but all I have is a black screen, a cursor that won't move, and audio. No video. Wondering if you guys have any suggestions. |

Re-install the directx runtime (the '9.0 and older' one, not the 10/11 one).... |

Go to MEKTEK. They have the rights to mechwarrior4 and have it fro free download.

Is it wrong that venge the only game that I miss playing online (mercs is just so......impersonal)?
Hope it works out for you Samurai. PS. Once I get my crappy PC sorted out, some buds and I were musing about playing some games through IP. We usually played in unpatched but I think we all got BK or the mech packs (MS). I have a dual install......still.
