One would assume it has a shit-ton of caffine in it, among other things...

Most of 'those' pills do.

A general rule to follow is that any magic pill to make you lose weight is not going to work.  Just watch the commercial man, it even says right on the screen (in small print at the bottom) that "results shown are not typical".

Save your money & don't buy into the hype.  There are no "special, secret" formulae out there for weight loss.  Eat right, exercise, stay hydrated.  Don't buy into the Adkins BS, either.

At least go to Starbgucks, Tully's, etc. if you're going to buy caffine, at least get some taste to go w/ it.

Oh it works.....to keep you up and running for 30 hours straight. Ask me how I know, It is probably one of the strongest so called "fat burners" on the market that shit would gave me the shakes. It isn't all that safe though, I would start using a Heart rate monitor along with keeping a digital thermometer with you. There where times when I was pushed a 102* temp and my heart rate was like 194. I'd be careful with it, In fact I don't know how you got any since they pulled it off the market a few months ago. Causes kidney failure or something along those lines.  If you want something that does work, try finding some Thermo-gain or Thermo-shred , It's safer and the science behind it is proven.  combined that with a good multi-vitamin and a protein regiment and you should see an increase in results.

callahan, how do you know it keeps you up?????
i could definetly tell my heart rate was up. and i finally got a 2 hour nap around 5:30 (then went for a run). didnt know it was pulled from the market, just went to the bx and picked something (im not mil. my wife is). i was gonna get lippo 6 (recomended by a friend) but they didnt have any. and for those that say there is no "magic pill" you never tried the old hydroxycut with effedrine. i loved that stuff. bout five years ago i used it to drop 65 pounds in 5 months but i let myself get back out of shape and now need to drop like 75.

and im trying to eat good (not perfect but good). i was doing the eat once a day thing for the past few years mixed with a snack at night (like taco bell at 11 at night) but now im forcing myself to eat a ggod breakest and big lunch small diner.

Hmm.. I have a few un-open bottles of the stuff that still have ephedrine in it from a year ago. I wonder how much they are worth. I remember back in the day Animal Stack which is no longer on the market cause it's basically steroids would cost $90 a jug after they took it off the market people where picking it up at $300 a jug.....

Keep track of your blood pressure while taking those pills.  If you have high BP or borderline BP, you are a prime candidate for a stroke when taking them.

Alcoholics have the same sentiment about getting through the day w/ regard to consuming ETOH.  Go figure...

Screw that. If you want to take caffeine pills, go buy a bottle of 300mg caffeine pills. They cost like $6 for 100.

That's all they are. With some herbs that are supposed to suppress appetite, which is not good for gaining strength anyway.

Don't take caffeine with creatine though. The caffeine kills creatine boost.

Anything marketed like that (As a weight loss aid) is garbage. Hydroxycut USED to be ephedrine/caffeine until the FDA overreacted to morons killing themselves by taking extreme amounts of it.

If you want that shit go buy a box of Nodoze (caffeine) and some Bronkaid (Ephedrine and guaifenesin) tablets at Walgreens, it is cheaper and clinically proven to be effective. Don't do this if you're doing super heavy cardio or have a heart condition. I track my weight, I've lost a significant amount more weight per week in the time I've taken an EC stack then the time I didn't. I would say I average .75-1 pound a week lost when not taking EC and 1.5-2 pounds per week lost when taking it with the same diet/exercise regimen. Exercise and diet are still critical however. I'm down 45 pounds since March 20 of 2009, a few more pounds and I'll be normal on BMI charts.
