I have two weeks to tack on a few more situps to my total I can do in 1 minute, hands behind head.
I have trouble getting the last two out. Any suggestions so I don't hurt myself? |
| Practice doing situps faster. Throughout the day take a couple of minutes to work on your situps. Figure out what pace you need, and try and do 10 at that pace. The next time try and do 12-14. That's how I did it the Summer before boot camp. I could knock out 80 in less than a minute and a half. Same with pushups. |
