I have two weeks to tack on a few more situps to my total I can do in 1 minute, hands behind head.

I have trouble getting the last two out. Any suggestions so I don't hurt myself?

Practice doing situps faster. Throughout the day take a couple of minutes to work on your situps. Figure out what pace you need, and try and do 10 at that pace. The next time try and do 12-14. That's how I did it the Summer before boot camp. I could knock out 80 in less than a minute and a half. Same with pushups.

Russian Twist is a Mason Twist with sit-ups inbetween... I believe...



Put hands together in front of you and twist from one side of your body to the other.

throw in different ab workouts, like the flutter kick, leg lifts, and planks.
