Spend the money on the good stuff, like 'Nitro-tech'  you will see improvement in your poundage.  Dont do that bullshit loading phase crap.  Just makes ya run out faster.  And yes ya can drink it on your non-lifting days.  Hit it hard.

Thanks for the response.

I've been using it everyday for the last 3 weeks and can already see improvement in my benchpress, not so much in my max but in my work out. I have a bad left shoulder and a grainy right elbow so really heavy lifting days are done for me. I usually would do lighter weight and max reps, usually 185 10 to 12 times, and now I'm doing it sets of 15.

I try to remember to take it everyday, but I sometimes forget.  I didn't really see any improvement with it, but I am about to start another tub of it that is better quality.

everyday. Creatine is the only stuff that I really ever saw a noticible improvement with.

I take the pure German creatine. Not sure the German part really matters but pure is best. I didn't think it was doing much for me so I stopped taking it for a few weeks. I lost a few lbs and my lifting sucked. I started back up and immediately put a few lbs back on due to water weight and my lifts picked back up. IMO it does help...and it will cause you to retain a few extra lbs not that weight should be the ideal measure of anything.

I take Kre-Alkalyn on weight days only.

...about 4 times a week.

Serious question.  What's so great about this stuff?  I eat healthy, occasionally go with Isopure after workout, my gains are nodest, but they are getting there week after week I'm stronger with more endurance.
I've heard creatine pumps you up, but any gains are lost after stopping.  You also have to drink enormous amounts of water, are there really any long term benefits to it?  I'm pretty cut now, it seems that doing wide then narrow pull-ups till failure and narrow chin-ups to failure after my regular routine are working quite nicely.  Up to 67 total sum now.  Would creatine help or hinder me?

I'd bet that you'd see a very noticable gain in strength and edurance. I have and sound like your in WAY better shape that me.

You need to be using it everyday to gain its full benefits.   I also agree that you don't need a "loading phase"

I use it for 2 months, then take 2 weeks off.

Using a creatine/NOS enhancer....I get noticeably stronger while doing this. A little bit bloated right now, but stronger. I drink a ton of water (usually do anyways) to keep the kidneys working okay with the added strain of creatine/protein.....only if Andro wasn't banned..........
