Hi guys, so finally after gaining about 10kgs

So I currently weigh 80-90 kilos, which is on the brink or over a healthy weight.
Majourity of it IS FAT.

I currently cannot afford a gym and do not have access to one anywhere.

I am 18, I lift heavy boxes and creates most days for work.
So i would like to slim down hopefully get something of a 6pack.

As of tomorrow I will be cutting from my diet
-All sweets chocolate ice cream ice blocks etc
- diet and other soda drinks
-muffins and other baked cake like items

Does anyone know if carbonated water has any adverse side effects on the bodt besides bloating and belching?

I will start running about 3km per night everynight.
For weights I will be lifting a ammo can filled with abnout 900 rounds of 762x39 (not ideal but best i can do till i can afford some weights) after work
Doing as many sit ups as i can every morning before work

What are some excercises that focus on the gut area? my arms are already mostly mussle but could be bigger. My stamina needs work hence the running but my main focus is getting rid of my gut and tighting it.

Unforuntuntly excercising is complicated as i am a type 1 diabetic relient on insulin. My doctors dont seem to have any great advice for how i should excercise they just want to put me on a diet and tell me to go for long walks....as great as it is I know that when building mussle a diet of a slice of bread per meal normally will wipe a person out.

Thanks for any sugguestions

chin ups
sit ups
squats

burpees

sandbag full of sand or rocks if you're really broke and can't afford sand.

It's all about DESIRE- not equipment.

Take a look at crossfit.com and simplefit.org

Glad to have you here.

You can drink diet soda if you want. I noticed you mentioned cutting this out, but really there's not a downside to drinking it.

actually all soda, including diet, is very bad for you. it cancels out the water that you drink, requiring you to drink that much more water to maintain 8 glasses a day.

by simply cutting out soda, without changing anything else, i went from 240 lbs to 215 lbs. then once i started also eating healthy and working out, i got down to 165.

Umm...

...I'm not an expert on this. Seriously. But diet soda is MOSTLY water. I am 99% sure that while it is less hydrating than water, on the whole it will hydrate you.

Can someone who is an expert, or does know for a fact, comment?

It also has zero calories, and I'm sure you even burn some calories breaking that shit down (processing caffeine, etc.).
